Last will and testament
I, the undersigned, hereby make provision for the event of my death, that my capital holdings in my name at Disconto-Gesellschaft, Berlin Potsdamerstraße 99, with all rights, shall pass into the ownership of Dr. Rudolf Steiner, Berlin W Motzstraße 17. He is to be regarded as my universal heir.
Only if Dr. Rudolf Steiner is prevented from taking possession due to his own death, I decree that my legal heirs pay out two-thirds of the capital assets described above, with a settlement of 11,000 marks, to Miss Johanna Mücke, Miss Berta Lehmann and Miss Helene Lehmann, all three residing at Berlin W Motzstraße 17; the same shall receive one-third each of the designated sum. The following are to receive from the settled 11,000 marks: Miss Elisabeth Keller, Berlin W Motzstraße 17, five thousand marks; Miss Antonie Knispel, Berlin, Postdamerstr. 61, five thousand marks; Miss Antonie Sladeczek, Berlin W Motzstraße 17, one thousand marks.
The Theosophical-Philosophical Publishing House registered in my name passes after my death with all rights to Dr. Rudolf Steiner, Berlin W Motzstraße 17; only if he should not be able to take it over due to his own death, it passes into the possession of Miss Johanna Mücke, Berlin W Motzstraße 17.

Hierdurch setze ich Endesunterzeichnete für den Fall meines Todes fest, dass mein auf meinen Namen auf der Disconto-Gesellschaft, Berlin Potsdamerstraße 99 erliegender Kapitalbesitz mit allen Rechten übergeht in den Besitz von Dr. Rudolf Steiner, Berlin W Motzstraße 17. Derselbe ist als mein Universalerbe anzusehen.
Nur wenn Dr. Rudolf Steiner durch sein eigenes Ableben verhindert sein sollte, den Besitz anzutreten, so verfüge ich, dass meine gesetzlichen Erben zwei Drittel des oben bezeichneten Kapitalbesitzes mit Abrechnung von 11 000 Mark ausbezahlen an Frl. Johanna Mücke, Frl. Berta Lehmann und Frl. Helene Lehmann, alle drei wohnhaft Berlin W Motzstraße 17; dieselben erhalten je ein Drittel der bezeichneten Summe. Von den abgerechneten 11 000 Mark sollen erhalten: Frl. Elisabeth Keller, Berlin W Motzstraße 17 fünftausend Mark; Frl. Antonie Knispel, Berlin, Postdamerstr. 61 fünftausend Mark; Frl. Der auf meinen Namen eingetragene Theosophisch-Philosophische Verlag geht nach meinem Ableben mit allen Rechten an Dr. Rudolf Steiner, Berlin W Motzstraße 17 über; nur wenn dieser durch sein eigenes Ableben denselben nicht sollte übernehmen können, geht er über in den Besitz von Frl. Johanna Mücke, Berlin W Motzstraße 17.
