Today I just want to start by saying, with my warmest greetings, that so far everything here has gone well. The Kolisko lecture has probably only led to the majority of “experts” staying away. I have not yet been to the afternoon discussions, where their participation would have been considered, but I am told that in fact no one has discussed it yet. I would like to go back to work in our studio and send my warmest greetings there today from

Meine liebe Edith Maryon!
Heute will ich zunächst nur mit den herzlichsten Grüßen sagen, daß bisher hier alles gut gegangen ist. Der Kolisko-Vortakt hat wohl nur dazu geführt, daß die Mehrzahl der «Fachkreise» weggeblieben sind. Bei den Nachmittagsdiskussionen, wo deren Mit-Diskutieren in Betracht gekommen wäre, war ich noch nicht. Aber mir wird gesagt, daß eigentlich niemand bis jetzt diskutiert hat. Ich möchte gerne wieder in unserm Atelier arbeiten und sende für heute dahin die allerherzlichsten Grüße von
